A new entry level event to complement the longer distances. Just one windmill to look out for near Terling, but a ‘bonus’ watermill at Felsted. Refreshments available to purchase halfway, at Rainbow Rural care farm
Some lovely lanes, with a minimum number of main roads used briefly or crossed with simple right then left turns. Parking for £1 (payable on the day, in cash) at Witham Labour Club. Pub start and finish.
