100km cycling event starting from Carlton Colville, nr Lowestoft, Suffolk. Controls at Loddon and Carlton Colville, plus 2 information controls.
This ride is almost entirely on lanes. To about mid-distance it is through the surprisingly scenic lanes of the Waveney valley, including the picturesque village of Mendham. No major hills but those who perceive Suffolk as flat might get some short but sharp surprises! The second half is flat(ish) but the peacefulness is to be savoured as are the picturesque villages of Starston, Rushall and Seething.
