303km permanent cycling event starting from Manningtree. Controls at Barton Mills, Burnham Deepdale, Wymondham, Needham Market and Manningtree.

One of the stalwarts of the AUK calendar usually run in May. Nominally from Maningtree Railway Station to ride in either direction or start/finish at any control on a classic tour of East Anglia. Calendar ride starts in Manningtree at midnight to time the A1065 road section for quiet traffic. Validate by traditional brevet, GPS or E-Brevet at https://eb.audax.uk/

Burnham Deepdale is a small village located on the northern coast of the North Norfolk Peninsula, within the Broads National Park. It is located in a prime position near the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), one of the UK’s most scenic coastal regions. The area is renowned for its sweeping landscapes, salt marshes, sand dunes, and pristine beaches.

Needham Market is a small town located in the Mid Suffolk district of Suffolk. Needham Market has a long history that dates back to medieval times. It was originally a small settlement that grew around the Needham family’s manor in the 12th century. The town has retained much of its historic character, with a blend of old architecture and historical sites.
