208km cycling event starting from Lound, nr Lowestoft. Controls at Coltishall, Wymondham and Lound And Finish, plus 4 information controls.

The route offers a bit of everything that is nice about Norfolk – the Broads, the hillier and scenic north Norfolk, and the north Norfolk coastal village of Stiffkey and attractive market towns, finishing on gentle terrain along the flatter but still pleasant and quiet lanes of south Norfolk.

Lound itself is a quiet village with a rich agricultural history. It’s nestled in the beautiful Suffolk countryside and near the Broads, a unique network of wetlands and rivers that stretch across East Anglia. The village hall is a hub for local events, and the surrounding area offers peaceful rural walks.

Coltishall, this village sits on the banks of the River Bure. It’s often referred to as the “Gateway to the Norfolk Broads” due to its proximity to the Broads National Park. The village has several historic buildings and a lovely rural charm, with nearby pubs and cafés perfect for a stop.
